For this historic Dutch Colonial, located one block off iconic Bayshore Boulevard we worked with the ARC to add a 300 sqft primary suite addition on the second floor and opened the home up to a view of Tampa Bay. In this whole home design and renovation, we embraced the old soul of the house but gave it a new spirit by adding custom millwork, timeless finishes and a warm and cozy palette. With nods to the dutch style of the house, we infused vintage pieces with contemporary design.
